Premier Respiratory Centre is located in South-Central Edmonton, and offers Pulmonary/Respiratory consultation with Respirologist Dr. Maged Haggag, as well as routine followup,diagnostics and treatment to ensure your respiratory health allows you to live life to the fullest. In addition to medical consultation, our clinic offers Pulmonary Function Testing, MethacholineChallenge Testing, Sleep Apnea Testing and subsequent sleep therapy.

OUR SERVICES
Pulmonary Consultation
Review of your lung health and history, physical examination and pulmonary testing in order to diagnose and evaluate your lung health.
Skin Prick Test/Skin Allergy Testing
This is the gold standard for allergy testing. We insert a small amount of allergen into the skin and look for a localized reaction in that area (reddish, itchy, elevated bump). From here, we can evaluate what your allergic triggers are, and how severe the trigger is.
Pulmonary Function Testing (PFT)
To evaluate your lung health, this test involves you performing a series of breathing exercises to assess the flow of air in and out of your lungs/airways.
Methacholine Challenge Testing (MCT)
For the evaluation of asthma and it’s severity, we perform Methacholine Challenge Testing, sometimes known as bronchoprovocation testing.
Arterial Blood Gas (ABG) Testing
An Arterial Blood Gas (ABG) assess the amount of oxygen saturated in your blood cells.
Level III Sleep Study Testing (HSAT)
For the evaluation of sleep apnea, we offer take-home sleep study testing known as Level III Sleep Study, or Home Sleep Apnea Testing (HSAT).
